The Algora Box is a very complete turnkey educational kit for teaching students programming and robotics.
This box and the associated courses will allow you to build 36 robots.
--
A thorough introduction to programming and robotics
The Algora course was designed to gradually acquire programming concepts through a program spread over 12 levels. With 3 lessons and 3 robots per level, Algora courses allow students to seriously introduce themselves to robotics by creating 36 increasingly elaborate robots.
With Algora courses, the teacher does not have to be a programming expert! The courses are designed in such a way that the student can develop and learn independently. The teacher is more of a guide and has a manual to deal with any unforeseen circumstances.
A kit for 36 robots
Earthquake detector, paper airplane launcher, smart cars of all kinds, speed or memory games, robots with varied walking (bipedal walking, quadrupedal walking, climbing steps, getting up, etc.), or reproducing the tasks automatic industrial machines... The 36 robots offered in Algora courses are inspired by all areas of society where programming and robotics are present.
A robotics kit suitable for schools
Designed to be handled repetitively by students, the elements of the Algora box make it possible to quickly and easily assemble robots to devote more time to programming. You will not find in this educational robotics kit any screws or small elements likely to be quickly misplaced, but blocks to nest vertically, horizontally and diagonally.
Programming software for all levels
Program your Algora robots using 3 open source programming environments , based on the open source Scratch software. Choose the programming environment adapted to the level of your students:
- Programming by icons, for primary school students.
- Scratch, for middle school students.
- Arduino IDE, for high school students.
