    Tested by multiple structures, the Radix VISO MDM solution is a tool that allows you to completely and intuitively manage a fleet of interactive digital screens at the scale of a school establishment. The range of possibilities offered by the tool ranges from maintenance, remote control and securing your ENI fleet.

    • Compatible with all devices (including ENI) and the majority of OS.
    • Manage, centralize and standardize all of your school's digital equipment (screen, computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.).
    • Personalize your IT equipment by developing a dedicated environment (kiosk mode) with apps, software and documents.
    • Set up automatic processes to increase efficiency (silent installation of applications) or recurring commands (updates, screen locks, etc.).

    This product is available under license and operates on an annual basis per screen: 1 license = 1 year / 1 screen.

    Manage your interactive digital screen remotely simply with the Radix VISO MDM

    In addition to being a simple and effective tool for remotely managing your fleet of interactive digital screens, the Radix VISO MDM allows you a wide range of actions.

    Save considerable time by centralizing your digital equipment and automating your tasks and commands for increased security and without disturbing users.

    Configure all your orders from a web management interface, accessible from any browser, both from a PC and from an interactive digital screen.

    What can you do with the Radix VISO MDM solution?

    Creating and organizing your fleet of interactive digital screens

    After creating a Radix VISO account, register your ENI on the VISO application to add it to the list of devices to manage. Then start managing your devices by returning to the Radix VISO interface.

    Go to the list of devices to find all the interactive digital screens that you have saved. Identify, if you wish, each screen using tags or labels or screen groups. You will thus bring together a type of screen under the same family (entity, building, location, etc.).

    Installing applications and software

    Create “packages”, in other words a series of applications or software, and integrate them simultaneously and silently into all interactive screens.

    As for updates and parameter changes to be made on all screens, do it all at once from the management interface. The “scenario” functionality allows you to program a series of actions and tasks to apply them remotely to a group of interactive screens (file installation, restart, etc.).

    Securing the ENI of your educational establishment

    Configure a dedicated environment specific to your school with kiosk mode. Open or limit access to certain websites, networks and applications.

    Another very practical command to secure your ENI: locking your screens. You can even go further by creating any “trigger” process according to your needs and uses.

    Remote alerting and communication from the interactive digital screen

    With its advanced messaging functionality, send a message to one or more interactive digital screens: school events, evacuation drills, screen updates or maintenance, etc.

    Your alerts can be programmed from the web management interface to notify users of your actions without having to travel.

    Due to its simplicity of implementation and ease of use, we have chosen the Radix VISO MDM solution to support the remote management of your IT assets.

    This solution is compatible with our three ranges of Speechi interactive screens.

    The VISO management application is installed natively on the ENIs of our SuperGlass ranges. It allows you to record your screens and link them to MDM.
