How does the installation of an interactive screen take place?

Our installation service includes 3 steps:

Step 1: preparation of the installation by a telephone audit

To prepare for the installation of your touch screen and anticipate the constraints as best as possible, the installers will contact you by telephone to obtain all the information they need.

Step 2: installing the support and the interactive screen

On the day of the intervention, the installers begin by taking stock of all the installation parameters agreed with you during the audit, then proceed to mount the support (wall, fixed or mobile) and install your interactive screen.

Step 3: commissioning the interactive screen

Before having you sign the acceptance report, the installers check their installation, then carry out the following tests to ensure the proper functioning of your interactive screen:

• Turning the interactive screen on/off

• Interactivity test (proper functioning of touch and styluses included)

• Software testing

• Testing the interactive screen remote control

• Testing display port inputs and outputs

• Testing other optional items
